Three-layer lightbox fabric laminating machine

Product Introduction:
This series is specifically designed for three-layer/four layer precision processing in the advertising materials industry. Its core function is to achieve high-precision lamination of multiple layers—specifically base fabric, PVC bottom film, and surface film (with black film for four layer)—through an automated composite process. The equipment integrates intelligent control, precise alignment, and thermal composite technology, significantly enhancing the finished product's glossiness, flatness, and printability while imparting excellent waterproof and weather-resistant properties. It is widely used in applications such as illuminated signage, exhibition displays, and large-format graphics.

Core Structure and Technical Advantages

1. Intelligent Automated Control System

Dual-Station Center Unwinding with Magnetic Powder Tension Control: The system utilizes a dual-station winding/unwinding mechanism combined with magnetic powder closed-loop tension control technology. This ensures synchronized, constant-tension material feeding, effectively preventing stretching or deformation and guaranteeing stability throughout the lamination process.

Preheating and Leveling Technology: A guide roller preheating device applies heat and tension to materials with poor flatness characteristics. This process softens and stretches the material to eliminate internal stress, ensuring the substrate is completely smooth and compliant prior to lamination, thereby establishing a foundation for high-precision bonding.

2. Precision Alignment and Quality Control

Servo Edge Guiding System: Equipped with a high-precision servo tracking device, the system dynamically calibrates the material edge position in real-time. The winding edge tolerance is controlled within ≤±0.5mm, significantly reducing material waste and maximizing material utilization.

Optimized Thermal Composite Process: The equipment supports adhesive-free thermal fusion laminating technology. For fusible materials such as PVC and coated fabrics, the process utilizes large-drum heating and embossing roller technology to achieve molecular-level bonding. This results in high composite strength and a uniformly smooth, refined surface finish.

3. Fully Integrated Process Workflow

Integrated Production Line: The line seamlessly integrates a complete end-to-end workflow, encompassing: Automatic Splicing and Unwinding → Preheating and Leveling → High-Temperature Thermal Fusion → Embossing and Shaping → Cooling and Curing → Edge Trimming and Slitting.
